PROJECT ENGAGEMENT
When entering into a collaboration with Creative Apes Design (Loud Mob Media LLP):
Project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in a formal proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before any work begins. Final deliverables are provided only after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Changes in scope may require updated pricing and revised timelines.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Loud Mob Media LLP retains rights to all concepts, drafts, and original work unless ownership transfer is explicitly stated in writing. Clients receive usage rights only for the final approved deliverables, as per the project contract. Raw or source files (e.g., working files, project files) are not included unless agreed upon in advance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Creative Apes Design (Loud Mob Media LLP) is not liable for: Misuse of deliverables. Third-party service failures (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.) Errors caused by client-provided content Delays caused by external vendors or incomplete client input. We provide work to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.
MODIFICATIONS
Loud Mob Media LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
